April 2024 Community Newsletter
Annual Meeting
Thank you all who attended the annual meeting. We greatly appreciate everyone and their participation. We also want to congratulate Wade Ramsey and Steve Elliott for being re-elected to the Board. We appreciate their continued dedication to the community!
Easter Egg Hunt
Thank you all who participated in the Easter Egg Hunt. It was a great event, and we appreciate all those that support and help with our events!
Landscaping
We greatly appreciate everyone’s emails and concerns regarding the landscaping. We are working diligently with the crews to address everything. They have currently treated the dandelions and weeds in the grass. All areas should be turned on for irrigation. We’ve treated all the crab apple trees to stop them from dropping fruit. They are also coming around and address the weeds in the planters. Please reach out if you see any other concerns.
New Website Access Portal
If you have not signed up, we hope you will soon. Brighton is constantly looking for new ways to improve the services provided to our communities. We are committed to providing our residents a superior level of service. With this in mind, we are excited to announce our new website access portal and mobile app. By going to https://brightoncorp.cincwebaxis.com/, you’ll be able to create a login and start viewing your account balance, make payments, and sign up for e-statements.
ACC Requests
Please remember that all exterior home improvements must be submitted and approved prior to installation. This includes the backyards as well. It’s an easy form and process. You can find the form online along with the ACC Guidelines for any questions.
Neighbor in Need Project
Applications are being taken for the Neighbor in Need Project now through the end of February, so any suggested projects can be coordinated and done in April. If you have someone you know may need assistance with something, please fill out the application today. We look forward to uplifting each other and creating a stronger, more connected neighborhood.
Spring Garage Sale
The date is set for June 8th. We advertise and schedule the same time as nearby communities trying to draw a crowd. If you’re looking to clean out the house, this may be your opportunity.
