Annual Meeting
Thank you all who participated at the annual meeting, either in person or by proxy. It was a great meeting and most appreciated. Your newly elected members are Nancy Pace, Pam Fizznoglia, and Bob Hough.
Updated Facility Rules Form
The pool opens May 19th. In case you overlooked the USPS notification regarding the revised Facility Rules Form, please be advised that signing this document is mandatory to activate your access card for the upcoming pool season. For your convenience, an online submission option is available via the link provided below. Prompt action is recommended.
ACC Reminder
To maintain community esthetics and harmonious design, an Architectural Control Committee (ACC) request must be submitted for any exterior modifications or improvements. You can submit an ACC online. The link is also provided below:
Tree & Shrub Maintenance
Spring is a great time to “limb up” your trees and shrubs. City regulations mandate a minimum vertical clearance of 8 feet above sidewalks and 14 feet above streets to ensure unobstructed passage. Pruning overgrown limbs not only preserves tree health but also prevents damage from vehicles like garbage trucks. Similarly, shrubs must be trimmed to avoid hindering pedestrian movement, maintaining public safety.
Rentals
Rental properties are prohibited in BainBridge. However, variances might be granted under certain circumstances, such as unforeseen undue hardships. Such exceptions are carefully evaluated on a case-by-case basis, ensuring they align with community standards. Approval must be obtained by the Board of Directors in advance.
