We Need Your Help!

Our community has two roles we need to fill, and we’d like your consideration.

First, we need someone, or several people, to take over our community’s ‘Event Coordinator’ role. Shawna Green has filled this role for years, but needs a break. Bluntly, that’s big shoes to fill, and no single person may be up for the job. We don’t want to see the Easter Egg Hunt, Fall Festival, or other events come to an end, but that’s a possibility. If you’ve got a knack for organizing fun and meeting neighbors, please let us know via HOA@BrightonCorp.com.

Second, separate from the Events role, our elected Board of Directors is about to face our first departure, and that means appointing someone to serve a remaining 10-month term. If you’re interested in helping shape the future of our community, reach out to a current board member (below) to chat, or let us know via HOA@BrightonCorp.com.

For either of these roles, if you have a passion for community service, we look forward to hearing from you.

Dues Reminder

If you haven’t paid your dues, you’re late and have received a late fee and your final notice. To avoid collections, please log into your account online at https://brightoncorp.cincwebaxis.com/ and make payment today. You may also mail in payment or deliver it to the office.

Garbage Cans

Please be sure to return garbage cans to your garage or behind your fencing the same day that they are picked up, so they are out of view. We’ve noticed more cans being left out in view for longer periods.

Annual Survey

The community annual survey will be going out in September. Please keep an eye out for this. Your participation is important to the Board and helps them to make decisions.

Lost and Found

As the swimming season comes to an end, please be sure to make sure you’ve retrieved all your items from lost and found, as they will be emptied at the end of the season. Some ear buds were found at one of the pools. If these might have been yours, please reach out to describe them.
