Happy Holidays!
We wish everyone a most wonderful holiday and New Year! Please know the Brighton offices will be closed Tuesday, December 24th, and Wednesday, December 25th, and Wednesday, January 1st.
2025 HOA Dues
Statements are being printed and mailed this week. Dues are due in January, late after the 31st of the month. Please reach out if you need to make payments before the 31st in order to avoid late fees.
Snow Removal
Snow is around the corner… When it snows more than two inches, the cluster mailboxes will be cleared. As you shovel your driveway and sidewalks, remember not to pile snow onto the streets or in front of fire hydrants. If you live by a street drain, you’ll want to keep it clear as well.
Santa Came to BainBridge!
A big thank you to all the volunteers who helped organize Santa’s visit. The event was a huge success because of your hard work. Everyone had so much fun, and it was a magical day for the kids. We appreciate everything you did to make it special!
