Statements
Semi-annual assessment statements were mailed via USPS this week. Payments are due January 1st and late after January 31, 2026. You can mail payment or submit it online at: https://brightoncorp.cincwebaxis.com/.
Neighborhood Watch

Christmas Tree Disposal
Republic Services offers free Christmas tree pickup January 2 through 17. Remove all decorations, including lights, ornaments, tinsel, stands, and any flocking. Trees over six feet must be cut into four-foot sections. Place trees curbside on your regular collection day.
