July 2025 Community Newsletter
Important Pool Reminders
Residents are urged to promptly report any biological incidents observed at the pool to our office at 208-378-4000. Immediate notification ensures timely remedial action and a quicker re-opening. For emergencies after hours, contact 208-860-7626.
RV Reminder
As the camping season gets underway, please ensure your RV or camper does not obstruct sidewalks during loading or unloading. Obstructing the sidewalk poses significant safety risks to pedestrians, cyclists, scooters, etc. potentially leading to accidents or injuries. RVs and campers are permitted for 24 hours only.
ACC Reminder
To maintain community esthetics and harmonious design, an Architectural Control Committee (ACC) request must be submitted for any exterior modifications or improvements, including fencing. You can submit an ACC online. The link is provided below:
Tree & Shrub Maintenance
The Lilac borer, also known as the ash borer, is a moth prevalent in Idaho during this season. This pest poses a threat to trees and other plants, by boring into the wood, which can lead to structural damage and potentially kill the trees if left unchecked. Preventative maintenance such as pruning and spraying will prevent an infestation.
Lawn Maintenance
During a recent inspection of the community, numerous lawns were observed with weed infestations, dry patches and overgrown. Proactively treating your lawn will hinder weed germination, preventing the weeds from spreading to neighboring properties and shared community spaces.
