Easter Egg Hunt
Join us for a Hippity Hop time at the Keith Bird Legacy Park for an Easter Egg Hunt on April 3rd. If you have a child that is 0-7 years of age the hunt starts at 3pm, and if your child is 8-12 years of age the hunt starts at dusk. Be sure to bring your basket or bag, and a flashlight if in the older bracket. We are seeking donations of individually wrapped candies or non-food items to fill the eggs. If you can donate, please drop them off at 4036 Wolf Rapids. We’re also looking for a few volunteers to help with putting out and collecting eggs after the event. If you can help, please contact Shawna Green at 208-800-8367. |

Irrigation Water
It’s time to begin prepping for spring plantings, fertilizer, and starting sprinklers. Irrigation should become available around April 15-30th. We will send an updated newsletter as the date approaches and is narrowed down by the irrigation districts. Please use your home water until water is available if you need it earlier. |

Turn Around
It happens to us all, we forget something or make a wrong turn and have to go back, or are pulling up to the mailbox and then need to turn around. When turning around, please do not use neighbor driveways, or go over the sidewalks and neighbor’s yards. Drive around the block or turn around in the street even if you have to back up to make it happen. Your neighbors will appreciate it! |

Annual Meeting
Thank you to those that joined the annual meeting. If you were unable to make it you can view the minutes online.
Parking
We are seeing more parking violations, and would like to remind everyone of the rules: |

Dirt Bikes & ATVs
These kinds of recreational vehicles are tons of fun, but they should definitely not be enjoyed in the common areas or parks. Please follow the rules of the road and keep these items out of the green spaces where kids play and pedestrians walk. |

Pet Owners
Owning a pet is a large responsibility. Please be sure to leash and clean up after your pets at all times. Others should not have to clean up or pay for the common areas to be cleaned up after your pet. |
