Annual Meeting

Mark your calendar for the annual meeting on May 2nd, at Pleasant View Elementary, at 6pm, in the cafeteria. Notices will go out by mail and email very soon. If you have any questions or concerns you want to make sure we talk about, please share with us by sending them to hoa@brightoncorp.com.

Irrigation

We are anticipating irrigation water to be available to us on April 17th. We will work as quickly as possible to get our systems started once it’s available.

Dues

If you haven’t made payment or payment arrangements, your dues are late and late fees are now being incurred. Please be sure to reach out before costly collection fees are added.

Fruit Trees

Landscaping cleanups have started, and soon the crews will be out treating our common area trees that tend to drop fruit. The treatment should keep them from fruiting and keep the common spaces cleaner for all.

New Website Access Portal

If you have not signed up, we hope you will soon. Brighton is constantly looking for new ways to improve the services provided to our communities.  We are committed to providing our residents a superior level of service.  With this in mind, we are excited to announce our new website access portal and mobile app. By going to https://brightoncorp.cincwebaxis.com/, you’ll be able to create a login and start viewing your account balance, make payments, and sign up for e-statements.

ACC Requests

Please remember that all exterior home improvements must be submitted and approved prior to installation. This includes the backyards as well. It’s an easy form and process. You can find the form online along with the ACC Guidelines for any questions.

Dog Barking

With the warmer weather, it seems more pets are being left outside. Please remember that neighbors don’t want to listen to your pet bark all day or evening, and when off your property, they should be leashed and cleaned up after at all times.

Neighbor in Need Project

Applications are being taken for the Neighbor in Need Project now through the end of February, so any suggested projects can be coordinated and done in April. If you have someone you know may need assistance with something, please fill out the application today. We look forward to uplifting each other and creating a stronger, more connected neighborhood.

Reminders

We want to remind everyone of a few key rules:

1) Garbage cans should be stored out of view at all times, except for when out for the day of pickup.

2) Garages should be used for parking first, before resorting to the driveway, and then, most lastly, the street.

3) Holiday decorations should be removed within 30 days of the holidays, so no Christmas in March.

4) Recreation vehicles or trailers should be out for no more than 24 hours for loading and unloading and then returned to appropriate storage.

5) Renting your home is prohibited unless you apply for a variance, proving and undue hardship to the Board.

Spring Garage Sale

The date is set for June 8th. We advertise and schedule the same time as nearby communities trying to draw a crowd. If you’re looking to clean out the house, this may be your opportunity.
