Pedestrian Sidewalk Reminder

As the camping season gets underway, please ensure your RV or camper does not obstruct sidewalks during loading or unloading.  Obstructing the sidewalk poses significant safety risks to pedestrians, cyclists, scooters, etc. potentially leading to accidents or injuries.

Community Garage Sale

The annual community garage sale is scheduled for Saturday, June 14th, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. You are welcome to start and stop as you please. Residents that participate should set their items in the driveway the day of the sale and clean up the same day.  For unsold items, consider donating to local charities like a Youth Ranch or St. Vincent de Paul. Some charities will pick up items.  Coordination with trash services is also an option for disposal. An advertisement will be in the Idaho Statesman and signs will be placed at entrances. Residents are encouraged to share on social media and put up directional signs on the event day. Good luck to everyone participating!

ACC Reminder

To maintain community esthetics and harmonious design, an Architectural Control Committee (ACC) request must be submitted for any exterior modifications or improvements. You can submit an ACC online. The link is provided below:

Tree & Shrub Maintenance

Now is a great time to “limb up” your trees and shrubs.  City regulations mandate a minimum vertical clearance of 8 feet above sidewalks and 14 feet above streets to ensure unobstructed passage. Pruning overgrown limbs not only preserves tree health but also prevents damage from vehicles like garbage trucks. Similarly, shrubs must be trimmed to avoid hindering pedestrian movement, maintaining public safety.

Lawn Maintenance

Water and heat, bring the weeds… During a recent community inspection, many yards were noticed with significant weed growth.  Maintaining your lawn is not only required, but also a neighborly duty, as weeds like dandelions spread easily to adjoining properties. Please help us keep the community beautiful and keep up those yards.
