Happy Halloween
This year the holiday falls on a Monday, and we’ll be hosting a food truck rally. Come on over to the first pool to enjoy some dinner before heading out to trick or treat. Also, since many will be headed to bed early for work/school the next day, please be courteous when trick or treating. Go out in groups, dress for the weather, take flashlights and reflective items, so you can be seen, and use sidewalks. We hope you all enjoy a very safe and spooktacular time.
Chinden Road Work
The Idaho Transportation Department is continuing its improvements on Chinden, so be prepared to see construction starting up again soon. To see the overall plans go to: https://itdprojects.org/projects/chindenwest/.
Trailers
At no time shall any trailers or similar vehicles or equipment be parked or stored on a Lot in public view or on a public or private right of way, except for a period of no more than 24 hours.
Holiday Decorations
Please remember that holiday lights and decorations should go out no earlier than 30 days prior to the holiday in which they are intended and should be removed within 30 days following the holiday.
Neighborhood Watch
There will be a neighborhood watch meeting on Wednesday, November 2nd, at 6pm, at the 1st pool. If you’re interested in hearing about neighborhood watch, please feel free to join.
Rentals
We understand that life and family needs change all the time, but just want to remind residents that rentals are not allowed within the community unless approved by the Board in advance for an undue hardship. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to hoa@brightoncorp.com.

Don’t forget that daylight savings ends on Sunday, November 6th. Be sure to set your clocks accordingly.
