Pool Closure

This weekend is the last weekend for swimming. We’ll be closing down the pool on Monday, September 26th in order to start preparations for winterizing. Thank you for a great swimming season.

Irrigation Shut Down

Water will be shutting down October 7th, so be sure to complete your last treatments, and be sure to schedule winterizing once everything is off.

Fall Festival

The annual Fall Festival is happening October 8th, at the first pool, and will include the chili cook off. Look out for additional details coming soon.

Landscaping

Please don’t trim or treat common area trees on your own. If you notice a tree or shrub that is blocking a sign or sidewalk or is reaching over to your home, please let us know so that our crews can trim it and keep it from getting lopsided or too heavy on one side which can cause other issues. We greatly appreciate it.
